“My name is Liana Grobbelaar and I’m from Johannesburg, South Africa, and I recently studied a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education. I was introduced to Learna 10 years ago when I was looking for an opportunity to learn more about diabetes.
With my recent interest in medical education, I started looking for an opportunity to gain more knowledge in that field, and it was an obvious choice to look back at Learna. I was very happy to see that Learna offered an opportunity for me to learn more in this field.
I think it just opened up a new world to me as a medical professional. I’ve never actually thought about how learning is structured and this was really helpful in giving me a good foundation and also identifying areas where I can grow as a medical educator.
